Fitness Studio in Carlisle
After travelling around Carlisle and other places for nearly 4 years I thought it was time to lay some roots and create my own fitness studio where I can offer all my usual fitness classes plus more....and here we are.
What I hope to have created is a relaxed, friendly, welcoming fitness studio. A place where there aren't any cliquey groups, where new people are warmly welcomed and no one is made to feel intimidated.
At The Studio fitness centre, you will find the Fitness Instructors and all the participants friendly, approachable and welcoming.
There's no pressure to do anything you don't want to do; turn up, do your best and most importantly, have fun.
There are none. All fitness classes are open to everyone. Therefore we have no cancellation policy. Turn up, work out, have fun.
If some fitness classes prove to be very busy, a booking policy may come into place in the future.

I've been going to Kettlercise, Piyo and Insanity for almost a year now and I love it! I've noticed a real difference in my body shape, I've lost over 13" and I'm much more toned. Laura is a fantastic instructor and puts you at ease straight away. The classes are really welcoming and fun, I would recommend them to anyone!
I started taking part in Laura's classes just over one year ago after walking in to my first insanity class alone. I enjoyed the class from the get go & have enjoyed every one since, so much so now my husband comes along too.
I have seen a difference in my body shape weekly & now also do PIYO on a Wednesday aswell. One of the best things to come with the classes is the social aspect with Laura organizing events frequently. I have met people who are parents & are in a similar situation as myself. I do have a gym membership but would rather pay the extra to do Laura's classes aswell.

I have been attending Laura's classes since November 2014. Previously I have tried different exercise classes but never enjoyed them so consequently didn't continue. I started off doing kettlercise once a week, however i now do three classes a week; kettlercise and piyo and thoroughly enjoy them. To date I have lost an overall 16 inches. Laura is a brilliant instructor, always makes you feel at ease, her classes are enjoyable and always welcoming. I never thought I would say it..but I actually enjoy working out now!
